Sushi Anaba is Denmark’s only Michelin-starred sushi bar — a highly exclusive, 5-seat dining experience located in Nordhavn. M-Architecture was responsible for transforming a raw space into a refined, minimalist environment where craftsmanship meets culinary artistry. The project was delivered in just 3 months, balancing high design standards with technical precision. Every detail was considered to enhance both function and form in this intimate setting, reflecting the elegance and discipline of Japanese omakase culture.
